M.Sc. in appropriate field/ B.Tech/ B.E. or B.Sc. in appropriate field OR Diploma in Engineering in appropriate field from respective State Board with 5 years relevant experience of supervisory post in the Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent in Govt. 2. Should have computer literacy and experience of working in a computer environment.
